New Castle County Communication Corps and the Emergency Operations Group maintain their perfect record. Two students took the abbreviated class in May. They both completed the course in 16 hours instead of the normal 24 hours of classroom instruction with lots of self-study and reading on their own. Both passed their FCC Element 2 Technician Class license exam. One of them missed getting his General by three questions without ever opening a book on THAT level.
